We are constantly evolving at Birmingham Optical so we are always looking to recruit people that enjoy a challenge, embrace change and can help shape our vision for the future.
Here are some of the teams you could be a part of:
Customer service: roles include front line customer support, technical support and engineer scheduling.
Engineering: roles are based either at our Head Office site or out in the field supporting our customers at their own sites.
Sales: roles range from sales support administration, to field sales and key account roles.
Customer trainers: who deliver both clinical and non-clinical training. This includes our team of Optometrists who support our customers and internal teams with their clinical knowledge.
Head office support: these teams cover a variety of specialisms to support our business, including marketing, accounts, HR and our stock team.
